Assessment
The student will be invited to our campus for a personalized, grade-level cognitive and behavioral assessment. This is not a high-pressure exam, but a tool to understand their learning style.
Parent Interview
Education is a partnership. We hold a brief, collaborative meeting with our academic directors to ensure our visions for your child's future align seamlessly.
Enrollment
Upon acceptance, complete the final documentation and fee clearance to officially secure your child's seat in the Habit Builder ecosystem.

What is the age cutoff for Early Years?
Children must be 3 years old by March 1st of the enrolling academic year. Exceptions are rare and subject to cognitive evaluation by our early-childhood specialists.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes, we value families. We offer a 15% tuition concession for the second child, and 20% for the third child enrolled simultaneously in any of our campuses.
Are scholarships available?
Habit Builder is deeply committed to the Swat community. Merit-based scholarships covering up to 50% of tuition are available for exceptionally outstanding students applying for Intermediate levels.
Is transportation provided?
Yes, we offer a fleet of modern, air-conditioned, and GPS-tracked school buses covering all major routes in the region. Transportation fees are calculated based on distance.
What is the student-to-teacher ratio?
To ensure personalized attention, our Early Years classrooms maintain a strict 1:12 ratio. Primary and Middle school classrooms are capped at a maximum 1:20 ratio.
